Can I use Guilty Pleasure products on my sensitive skin?
Our products are made from all natural ingredients so there should be no reason why it can't be used on all skin types. We recommend you always do a patch test before use. If you have a reaction, please discontinue use.
I have a nut allergy, should I use Guilty Pleasure products?
For your own safety, if you have a nut allergy, or tree nut allergy, we DO NOT recommend using our Cocoa & Jaffa scrubs. These scrub's contain Sweet Almond Oils. However our Coconut & Lime, Peppermint, Hair Care & body butter do not contain any nut oils.
Can I use Guilty Pleasure products on my face?
Yes you can, however please use our scrubs gently to exfoliate and be sure to patch test before use on the face.
What if Guilty Pleasure products gets into my eyes?
Try to avoid any of our products getting into your eye area, if it happens to get into the eye, rinse immediately. If irritation occurs seek medical assistance.

Can I use Guilty Pleasure products if i am pregnant?
It is safe to use our natural body wash range and body butter, but we recommend that before using our coffee scrub, you consult your doctor. Our coffee scrub does contain high caffeine content.

How long will my packet of Guilty Pleasure Coffee Scrub last? 
You should get roughly 8-12 full body uses per packet. However you may wish to just scrub problem areas such as your stomach for example, so your packet may last longer. It all depends on how you choose to use it.
Do my Guilty Pleasure products have a shelf life?
Guilty Pleasure scrubs have a shelf life of 3 months, If however water gets into the packet this may be reduced. Guilty Pleasure hair treatment has a shelf life of 3 months. Guilty Pleasure body butter has a shelf life of 12 months
*Keep your products sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.

My coffee scrub packet does not seal anymore?
This may be due to coffee getting stuck into the seal, you can attempt to remove using a thin object. If however the seal still does not close try dispensing into an airtight jar or container.

How much is my delivery? 
For orders over $25 shipping is free. For orders under $25 standard shipping is a flat rate of $3.
Some countries may charge customs fees. Whilst every effort is taken to avoid customs upon receipt, unfortunately it is out of our control.

Guilty Pleasure Body are not responsible for duties and customs clearance  charges relating to the shipping of your purchase.

How long will it take to receive my Guilty Pleasure order?
We are located in Australia and ship all orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
From there, delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Customs clearance and efficiency of your local postal service can impact delivery time frames.

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Credit card payments are accepted through the PayPal express checkout gateway. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay via your Visa or MasterCard, without setting up a PayPal account. Paying via the PayPal express checkout means that your credit card information is never shared with us, ensuring 100% secure purchasing for you.

If your product arrives damaged a refund or replacement product may be issued. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel (attaching photos of the product damage).
Did you order the wrong product and you wish to return it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Then return your intact, unopened product via tracked shipping with a copy of your order confirmation enclosed. Once your return is received intact and unopened we will contact you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or exchanges on opened or used products.
